Our Book Parade

We had so much fun dressing up as our favourite book characters at today's Book Character Parade!


All of the costumes were amazing! Congratulations to our winners: Zara, Phoebe and Carter



Thank you to the parents who joined us. Special thanks to those who dressed up.



We read a book about a quilt which made with small pieces of colourful fabric. The pieces were sewn together by convict women on board a ship bound for Van Diemen's Land.


Then we made a quilt of our own.

    What a fantastic day at MACC!! The kids all looked fantastic and their smiles showed how much they all enjoy this day!! I loved the cupcake family, they were so pink and cute, and a first for MACC with the family participation!! So good being a part of this day and learning about all the characters from so many different books! By the way, 3C, I didn't even recognise some of you, so again excellent work with your costumes! Keep reading!!!
