Change in Library Day
There has been a change in the day which our class visits the Library. Starting this week, our new Library day is Thursday. Children will have the opportunity to return and borrow new books then.
ANZAC Ceremony
This morning's service was a very moving event. I am grateful to the families who so willingly gave up their time to be with us and share the memories of their families.

Nouns, Verbs and Adjectives!
Today we reviewed the types of words nouns, verbs and adjectives are. We remembered that:
Nouns name
Verbs do
Adjectives describe
We delved a little further into nouns to find that there are four types: common, proper, collective and abstract. We talked about some familiar collective nouns - a herd of elephants or a bunch of grapes.
What collective nouns can you think of? Do you know of any we may not know of?
